Job Description

We are looking for a Production Associate with experience in fulfillment, production, quality control, packaging, and general warehouse duties.

Preliminary Job Qualifications:

  • You must be able to pass a background check.
  • You must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • You must be able to pay close attention to details and count product picks accurately.
  • This position is light assembly work, but you must be able to stand for periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs easily.

Job Summary:

The Production Team Member is responsible for ensuring the daily production/assembly of all scheduled medical kits, modules, and devices in a timely fashion by keeping in line with the company's production schedule.

The Production Team Member works with the Production Leads to correctly assemble medical kits, modules, and devices to stock and to customer specifications.

Assigned Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the picking, quality control (QC), assembly, packaging, and shipping of orders
  • Orders range from small packages to freight, domestic to international, and orders requiring specialized packaging
  • Regularly maintain the cleanliness of work areas
  • Provide feedback on warehouse layout and organization
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Cross-train in multiple warehouse job functions
  • Assist with general warehouse operations including inventory counts and organization
  • Embrace and exemplify the Company’s culture to do the right thing, provide collaborative solutions, be customer-centric, and be committed to excellence
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous shipping, assembly, receiving, or logistics experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, speaking, coordinating and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

  • Tulsa, OK 74146: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On-site, one location
