Medical Panel Insert Kit Giveaway Official Rules

The Chinook Medical Gear Medical Panel Insert Kit Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Chinook Medical Gear and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. This contest is open to individuals who are licensed medical professionals, including those serving in the Military, National Guard, Border Patrol, Police, EMTs and Fire Departments. Entrants must provide valid proof of a current medical license or equivalent certification to verify eligibility. Verification includes submitting a copy or photo of the license or official credential as part of the entry process. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, entrants may enter the giveaway by clicking a link within Chinookmed.com. Limit one (1) entry per person per prize entry period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit for a given prize will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information within 24 hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 24 hours of the notification attempt, providing their name, mailing address, confirmation of legal U.S. residency, and Instagram handle (if applicable), or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: If for any reason the operation or administration of the Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant?s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 4. Prize: One winner will receive a Chinook Medical Gear Medical Panel Insert Kit valued at $624. The kit contains advanced medical supplies designed for use under the supervision of a licensed medical practitioner (some items may be labeled "Caution" or "RX only").

Winner Selection:?The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the contest closes and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time may result in disqualification.

Use of Prize:?The prize is intended for use by licensed medical professionals only. The winner acknowledges responsibility for ensuring proper supervision when using medical devices requiring it.
